Elite Wood Design is an Artist Studio located near the beautiful coast of Maine. The Studio itself sits back in a clearing amid the trees, with a view of pastures and Maine woods.

The Chief designer and founder of Elite Wood Design, is a talented and gifted artist born and raised. He comes from a long line of successful and renowned professional artists, that have studied with the Greats. As a matter of fact, he was actually born and spent a good part of his early childhood, living in an artists studio in Paris France. Most of us recall the odors of childhood as being that of Mom's roast beef and apple pie, his fond childhood memories revolve around the odor of turpentine, paints, canvas, and wood.

The Artist’s early exposure was to Abstract painting, sculpting, and Mobiles (mainly through his families relationship with Alexander Calder) however, his passion lies with wood. He is a magician when it comes to bringing out the natural beauty lying deep below the bark of a tree. He has through passion and training developed an ability to visualize the natural designs and color variations deep within the wood. He uses these along with the natural aging process of wood, to create unique pieces.
